4 Days Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru Safari

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

You will be picked up from your hotel around 7:30 AM and taken to our office to meet the rest of the group. We will then drive south along the Great Rift Valley, stopping at a viewpoint along the way, and arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, we will embark on an evening game drive, renowned for its picturesque, tree-studded grasslands and rolling hills. The famous Masai Mara is well-known for its large herds of plains game, black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as numerous elephants and a diverse array of wildlife found throughout Kenya. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at the lodge.

Day 2: Extensive Game Drive in Masai Mara

After breakfast, we will pack a picnic lunch and spend the entire day game viewing. Our adventure will take us to the Mara River, where a wealth of wildlife can be observed. You can enjoy your picnic while watching crocodiles, hippos, and other aquatic animals. On this day, you also have the option to visit local Masai villages. All meals and overnight accommodation will be at the lodge.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Nakuru

After breakfast, we will head to a nearby village for an optional visit before departing for Nakuru National Park. We will enjoy a picnic lunch en route and aim to arrive in the evening. If time permits, we will stop by Lake Naivasha for a boat ride at Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at the lodge.

Day 4: Nakuru – Nairobi

After an early breakfast, we will spend the morning in Nakuru Park, where you can witness large flocks of flamingos and other bird species (over 350 species recorded). The park is home to both black and white rhinoceroses and was established to protect endangered species, including the rhino. You may also see colobus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and various types of antelope. We will depart for Nairobi, enjoying a picnic lunch along the way, with drop-off at the airport or your hotel.
